This +Shop Return Policy explains how +Shop powered by MarketNation Inc. (“+Shop”) manage return requests.
Definitions
- “Company” or “MarketNation” or “MN” means MarketNation Inc., operator of +Shop, a distributed marketplace enabling people to Shop with Purpose™.
- “+Shop” means an online store operated by MN as a retailer, through which authorized Brand products are sold. MN manages storefront, inventory, payments, shipping, returns, taxes, and customer support.
- “Shopkeeper” means a user verified and approved by MN to promote and sell Products or facilitate Donations through the +Shop under these Terms. Shopkeepers represent a nonprofit or for profit fiduciary entity.
1. Starting a Return
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase by visiting ShopWithPurpose.com and submitting the required information in the Return page of your Account.
- Have your order number and order confirmation email ready.
- If your purchase qualifies, return instructions will be emailed to you.
- +Shop will respond to return requests (including RMA approval or rejection) within 24 hours of receiving your request.
2. Defects, Damages & Warranties
- Report all defects, damages, and warranty issues to Customer Support.
- Products include the manufacturer’s warranty as stated in the product listing.
- If an item arrives defective and is reported within 5 days of receipt, you may qualify for a refund at no cost.
- If you receive the wrong item or an order error occurs, +Shop will cover return shipping and arrange for delivery of the correct item or issue a full refund.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- All returns require an RMA number.
- Returns without an RMA will be rejected.
- The return address will be provided with the RMA.
- Products must be shipped back within 7 days of RMA approval.
4. Standard Return Rules
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing:
- Product damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
- Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Extended return windows may apply to certain categories (e.g. holiday gifts, baby items, or promotional items) when stated in the listing.
- Damaged products will not be accepted unless reported within 5 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, except when the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, not as described).
- Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds are based on the original purchase price (including promotions).
5. Refunds
- Consumables (such as food, batteries, light bulbs, etc.) and donations are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued within 30 days after the returned item is received and inspected at our returns center.
- If an item is returned opened, used, or missing parts, the refund may be reduced.
- Items returned without an RMA# or in quantities not approved will be refused. This excludes items that were never delivered and returned by the carrier.
- Refund confirmation will be emailed after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.
6. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate order and contact information.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back in accordance with instructions provided.
Conflict of Terms
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Policy and the Shopkeeper Program Agreement, the terms of the Shopkeeper Program Agreement shall govern and control. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Shopkeeper Program Agreement and the other Program Policies referenced therein.
