This +Shop Shipping Policy explains how +Shop powered by MarketNation Inc. (“+Shop”) manage the shipment of customer orders.
Definitions
- “Company” or “MarketNation” or “MN” means MarketNation Inc., operator of +Shop, a distributed marketplace enabling people to Shop with Purpose™.
- “+Shop” means an online store operated by MN as a retailer, through which authorized Brand products are sold. MN manages storefront, inventory, payments, shipping, returns, taxes, and customer support.
- “Shopkeeper” means a user verified and approved by MN to promote and sell Products or facilitate Donations through the +Shop under these Terms. Shopkeepers represent a nonprofit or for profit fiduciary entity.
1. United States Domestic Shipping
Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation, usually sooner.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Unless otherwise shown in your cart, orders ship via UPS and USPS ground services.
- Estimated delivery: 1–7 days from order placement.
- Shipping is free, unless otherwise noted in your cart.
- Delivery dates are controlled by the carrier.
- Tracking details are provided in the shipment confirmation email and can be found on your My Orders page of your Account.
- Delivery delays are out of our control and may occasionally occur.
- +Shop currently ships only to the continental USA.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- A Shipment Confirmation email is sent once your order ships.
- Tracking numbers are generally provided within 24 hours.
3. Damages & Lost Orders
- +Shop is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, notify the carrier and +Shop within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
- Keep all packaging materials and provide any requested evidence (e.g. photos).
- +Shop will help you in the claims process as needed.
4. Taxes
- +Shop collects sales/use tax at checkout where applicable.
7. Delivery Failures
- Customers may need to arrange pickup from a local facility.
- +Shop is not responsible for extra charges or delays caused by missed deliveries.
8. Delays Beyond Control
- Delivery times are estimates.
- +Shop are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other events beyond our control.
9. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout.
- We do not support address changes once an item has been shipped.
10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- To request a return, please visit My Orders, find the order, click return and follow the prompts. Alternatively you can contact Customer Support for help.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Most unopened items may be returned at the customer’s expense for a full refund. Perishable (food & beverage) and consumable items (batteries, lightbulbs and similar items) are not returnable under any circumstances.

Conflict of Terms
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Policy and the Shopkeeper Program Agreement, the terms of the Shopkeeper Program Agreement shall govern and control. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Shopkeeper Program Agreement and the other Program Policies referenced therein.
